RCM Service

The Revenue Cycle Management Service provides API endpoints for performing insurance eligibility checks and managing insurance claims end to end.

• Eligibility — Submit patient insurance information and receive a response detailing the patient's coverage and benefits information.
• Claims — Submit insurance claims and check claim status so that you can revise and resubmit claims as needed. The Claims service is currently in development. See the Roadmap for more information.

🚧  Beta Access

The ZapEHR RCM Service is being used in production by ZapEHR customers. However, it is still in beta and we are actively working on improving the service. While the service is in beta, before you can use the RCM Service, we need to enable it for your Project. Send us an email at [email protected] and we'll get you set up.
